First of its kind in Australia.
The first Montabert CPA30-095 drill mast has landed and gone straight to work fitted to EA Hire’s Cat 335F short-boom excavator on a prominent NSW tunnel project.
The CPA30-095 is built around Montabert’s HC95 drifter, with a 7-rod carousel, specified for hole diameters from 50–102 mm and depths out to almost 30 m. Intelligent rock sensing, radio remote with angle and auto-depth stop, and a lightweight aluminium feed designed for ground support, bolting and high-accuracy holes in tight headings.
A first for the Australian fleet. Already earning its keep where access is tight and the work doesn’t wait.
